2. Account & Registration

- Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you place your bet are final.
- Cancelled Matches: If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded.
- Cash Out: The cash out feature is available on selected bets. The amount offered at the time of cash out is final and cannot be changed.
- Betting Limits: Minimum bet is ৳50; maximum bet limits vary by market and tier. Higher limits apply for VIP members.
JBAJ's decision on any betting dispute is final. However, all disputes reported to support will be resolved within 7 days.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JBAJ. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:
- Operating multiple accounts by the same individual
- Registering using a false identity or forged documents
- Hacking the betting system or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities
- Bonus arbitrage or systematic abuse of bonuses
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party through your account
- Suspicious betting patterns indicative of match-fixing
- Impersonating JBAJ staff or engaging in fraudulent communications
If suspicious activity is detected, JBAJ reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice. Payments may be held while an investigation is underway.
